Every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 9pm you will have a chance to enjoy a pop-up dinner with one of Chicago's food trucks at Koval Distillery. A tour of the distillery will follow from 7pm to 8:30pm where you will be able to learn about the distilling process, history of distilling and sample products from Koval Distillery.
As Chicago’s first craft distillery, the Koval Distillery staff will teach you more about the differences between white and aged whiskey, the subtle intricacies of distillation, and the delicious beauty of small-batch spirits.
